Hi, I’m Alex.
I arrived in Chile a couple of years ago and, while travelling through Latin America, I became fascinated by local ingredients, food traditions and the stories behind them.
As a vegan, I made it my mission to experience traditional dishes — either by finding plant-based versions or by veganising recipes myself, often with the help of local communities and family recipes passed down through generations.
With a background in hospitality and tourism, I created these workshops to share that experience and show that traditional recipes can be veganised without losing flavour, beauty or meaning — only gaining new possibilities.
